We are looking for an experienced, highly adaptable, nurturing, and passionate Diverse Learning Lead to join our well-established Diverse Learning Department at BilibiliÉ«Ç鯬!
Position type: Maximum term, full time and available for immediate start for the remainder of 2025.

The Role
The Diverse Learning Lead supports the mission and ministry of the College as they competently lead, guide, teach and support staff and students within the Diverse Learning team.
Key oversights of the position include:
>Year 6 intake and enrolment processes;
>Year 7 & 8 Case Management Load
About You
>Do you have professional experience supporting students who are neurodiverse, have moderate learning difficulties, or require adjustments to successfully access learning?
>Do you have experience supporting students’ social and emotional wellbeing?
>Are you passionate about partnering with students and their families as they navigate the early years of high school? (Year 7/8 Case Manager component)
>Do you have strong communication skills that enable you to lead effectively and inspire a shared vision?
>Are you confident in supporting students on their individualised learning pathways?
